You have a past as an athlete, then as a trainer or coach in your sport.

ROLES OF OUR COACHES
Support members in their progress, both physically and mentally.
Develop your own clientele. Be ready to connect with people who have genuine potential to benefit from your services.
Teach in private. Teach the basics and details of movements used in group and individual training in a one-on-one environment.
Establish authentic and professional relationships with our members and the greater community in foresight of the future...it's about the long game.
Coach and supervise group and individual training. Work to master the management, supervision, and coaching of GPP training in groups.
Embody and guide members in the group culture of Iron Phoenix Athletics:
Work hard, but intelligently.
Respect the difficulties related to progress.
Do not take yourself too seriously.
Contribute to the daily tasks of the company:
Program design & class curriculum.
Facility & equipment cleanliness & maintenance.
Creation of web content (social networks and articles).
Develop and grow our brand awareness.
