Three part assessment
The second important step in our journey together is completing our Three Part Assessment. Here we'll get to know all the necessary details about how well your body moves, any limitations or imbalances that may need our attention, what skills you already know and what we might need to teach you.
Our Three Part Assessment consists of three 1-on-1 meetings to facilitate both objective and subjective screening and testing, offering both your coach & you as an athlete a snapshot of your current state of fitness and wellness.
You and your coach will take the time to check, measure and record your joint ranges of motion, your balance & coordination, your stamina & recovery, and strength. We'll also check in with your current understanding of nutrition, movement skills, weight lifting competency & confidence. With all this knowledge we'll be able to work together to build a solid plan for your fitness journey.

fundamentals 101
Based upon your Intro & Assessment, you'll begin your journey of learning the movements and skills you’ll be using in your training, whether in group classes or independently.
Work with your coach to learn and get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in our training together. Many of these movements you may already know — we’re just going to help you move better and more confidently.
We’ll teach you how to hinge, squat, push, pull, jump, crawl and more with safe, effective technique, so you can get stronger and avoid unnecessary injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

Group Training is where you’ll continue to refine your Fundamentals skills and work toward your fitness goals. Decide with your coach how to progress toward your goals and start attending classes that work for your schedule.
Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your peers, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.
We’ll also continue to schedule on-going personal coaching to review your goals, monitor your progress, keep you accountable, and stay up-to-date with changes in your life.

Why is your gym more expensive than other gyms?
We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… a treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $20/month? 1-on-1 private training? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question...what are your goals and what do you value most? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer on your success? If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out.
What will my first time in your gym be like?
If it's your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our professional coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and talk through your goals and we’ll walk through what you can expect.
